Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

But we understand that mistakes happen—after all, we’re only human! If you’ve made an error in your order or received the wrong item, please contact us at fieryraycondiments@gmail.com and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Refunds
We will issue a refund in only the following cases:

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment
If your order arrives damaged or defective and you do not want a free replacement
If you are not 100% satisfied with our product (see our Satisfaction Guarantee below!)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at fieryraycondiments@gmail.com within 14 days of your order’s shipping date. Provide us with your order confirmation number, describe the damage, and attach pictures of the damaged goods, box, and shipping label with the tracking number visible. Once we have this information, we will promptly replace the damaged item(s) or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method and are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident that you will love our sauces! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at orders@lisashotsauce.com and we will issue you a refund, and you can keep the item. To protect against fraud, the guarantee is valid once per customer, up to 90 days after the purchase date
